Joanne Clifton is in the middle of the leader board on the second Strictly show.
This weekend's Strictly Come Dancing has seen hospice ambassador and professional dancer Joanne Clifton finish eighth on the leader board.
She and her TV presenter celeb partner, Ore Oduba, danced the Cha Cha to Hot Stuff by Donna Summer, and impressed the voting public enough to stay in the competition on this, the second week of the popular show.
More than 10 million people tuned into the launch show, meaning it is one of the most popular programmes currently being broadcast.
This week, presenter Melvin Odoom was voted out after an injury to singer Anastacia meant there was no dance-off.
Joanne was appointed the hospice's ambassador early last year. Throughout the series of Strictly, we will be monitoring her progress on Saturday and Sunday nights on our social media channels: www.facebook.com/standrewshospice and @helpstandrews on Twitter. We hope you can join us in supporting her... keeeep dancing!
