This weekend was the first time she's performed at the Tower on Strictly Come Dancing.

Hospice ambassador Joanne Clifton and dancing partner Ore Obuda have sailed through this weekend's Strictly, at the world-famous Tower Ballroom in Blackpool.

The couple performed a Viennese Waltz to Frank Sinatra's That's Life, scoring three tens and a nine from the judges.

And the public thought it was great too, voting them through to next week.

Greg Rutherford left the competition this week, in a dance-off against Claudia Fragapane.

Joanne was appointed the hospice's ambassador early last year. Throughout the series of Strictly, we will be monitoring her progress on Saturday and Sunday nights on our social media channels: www.facebook.com/standrewshospice and @helpstandrews on Twitter. We hope you can join us in supporting her... keeeep dancing!
