Scaman's Eggs pulled out all the stops to host a fantastic Easter Egg Hunt... and have raised more than £1,500.
Scores of families enjoyed a fantastic Easter Egg Hunt in The Hub back in March, courtesy of Scaman’s Eggs.
The Lincolnshire-based company pulled out all the stops to raise money for Andy’s Children’s Hospice, and now the grand total has been announced… an amazing £1,566.51!
Families not only enjoyed the hunt, but were also treated to fun and games such as hoopla, egg-painting and face-painting. There was also a raffle for a giant chocolate egg, donated by Kettles.
Simone Scaman, from the company, was delighted with the turn-out and had lots of fun on the day.
“I am so pleased we can make this contribution towards the amazing work Andy’s does,” she said.
The event certainly went down a storm with visitors. They took to Facebook to share their views.
Amy Bristow posted: “It was wonderful, a huge hit for the hospice! Looking forward to what you have on offer next year. Well done to all involved.”
And Sarah Price commented: “Brilliant day. Kids all come back with an egg and prizes they won. Have three worn out kids and me too from all that dancing.”
