Thurlby Motors' ball raises more than £900.
A gala ball has raised more than £900 for the children’s hospice.
It took place at Kenwick Park Hotel, Louth, and was organised by Gail Smith, who works at Thurlby Motors.
More than 80 people attended, raising a grand total of £988.77, the majority of which came from a raffle and auction, and donations from supporters who could not make the event.
Hospice representative ZaZa Warren thanked Thurlby Motors for its ongoing support of the hospice.
“It takes a lot of work to organise a ball and we are very grateful for all the time and effort Gail put in to make it a fantastic night,” she said.
“I was pleased to be invited and talk about the amazing work we do at Andy’s at St Andrew’s Hospice. It is so important to make people aware of the vital care we provide to so many children and their families throughout the county.
“Thurlby’s charity ball has raised a brilliant amount of money again for the hospice, for which I would like to say a very big thank-you. I can't wait for next year's event.”
