Dave Evardson is selling his books in our onsite shop.

Local author Dave Evardson is pledging his continued support for the hospice by selling his books in our onsite shop.

He's the author of The Fenwold Inheritance, The Fenwold Riddle, Gelding For Beginners and The Crooked Link.

He also edited his late father John's book, called A Fitter's Life: The Life & Times of a Grimsby Marine Fitter, which is accompanied by song lyrics and music.

And, because he's a man of many talents, he and his wife Julie have written a children's book, called Ten Songs About Three Troublesome Tykes.

Dave said: "I have made a conscious decision to use the St Andrew's Hospice bookshop, onsite at the hospice in Peaks Lane, as my main retail outlet because commissions on sales will go to my favourite charitable cause.

"As well as my books, the hospice is also selling two CDs, with all proceeds going directly to the charity."

Dave will be manning a stall at our upcoming Christmas Fair. Click here for details.
