37.5hrs per week

As a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual you will have excellent interpersonal skills and understand and be inspired by the challenges of charity retailing.

Your management skills will be utilised to actively recruit volunteers from the local area whilst maintaining a full complement of staff.  You will possess a genuine desire to motivate and further develop the potential of your volunteer team, ensuring a high standard of customer care and service are demonstrated.  

Previous experience in retail management is essential along with the ability to manage a new retail outlet to meet its full potential whilst consistently raising the awareness of the Hospice and its facilities in the local community.

Along with your team, you will oversee the implementation of commercial merchandising and good housekeeping whilst ensuring all donations are sorted and priced to maximise contribution to the Hospice.

Full driving licence and flexibility is required.
