37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative forward thinking person who is driven by change to join the Health, Support & Wellbeing team as Wellbeing Services Coordinator. 

This person will be a key member of clinical management structure and the multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the forward planning and development of patient services and will act as a lead practitioner for the Wellbeing Programme, communicating and co-ordinating staff, volunteers and resources whilst utilising management skills in an effective manner.

You will provide expert skilled assistance that reflect the aims and philosophy of the Hospice, working alongside key partners in the delivering of services.

You will hold a Professional Health Qualification, be registered with an appropriate professional body and be able to evidence relevant post-registration learning.
