Coronavirus update – July 2021

While COVID-19 restrictions are ending in many settings in England from Monday, safety measures will remain in place at healthcare settings in Northern Lincolnshire.

Therefore, patients and members of the public entering St Andrew’s Hospice will need to follow the same guidance as before, and face coverings, social distancing and visiting arrangements, including daily lateral flow testing (for visitors) will remain in place at the hospice site.

Families who receive hospice staff into their homes on a clinical basis can also expect staff to be following the same measures as previously, including wearing facemasks, aprons and gloves to appointments.

Our retail team will also be consistent in upholding coronavirus guidance, and will continue to wear face coverings. We encourage visitors to our shops to wear face coverings, practice social distancing and use good hand hygiene too.

We, once again, thank you for your support in helping us to keep our patients, workforce and community safe. These restrictions are under regular review, and we will update further when any changes come into force.
