Sponsor a light in memory of someone special this Christmas!

Hospices around Lincolnshire will benefit from light-up donations. Horncastle's Lions and Rotary clubs have joined forces so that people of the town and surrounding areas can remember close family and friends.

The Tree of Light is situated near the cross roads at the bridge in the middle of town and will be lit by the Mayor on Friday 14th December at 6:30pm. It will remain lit throughout the Christmas period.

In return for a donation (minimum recommended £10) an individual light will be dedicated and lit in memory of each named person. The names of all those on the Tribute List will be read out and displayed at the foot of the tree. The names will also be published on the Tree of Light website: www.horncastletreeoflight.co.uk

All donors will receive a Christmas card in recognition of their remembrance.

All proceeds are shared between St Barnabas Hospice Lincolnshire Trust, the Butterfly Hospice in Boston and our very own Andy's Children Unit at St Andrew's Hospice.

Applications must be received by Wednesday 12th December.

Pick up an application form from Fletcher and Hughes (Horncastle), JWL Perkins Newsagents (Market Place, Horncastle) and the Printer and Copy Centre (Woodhall Spa).
