Who will win this year’s St Andrew’s Sports Club Trophy?
We are looking for clubs/families/corporate teams of cyclists to take part in our Cycling Challenge taking place throughout June 2023. Anyone over the age of 18 can take part. Individuals can also register and will be allocated into a team. The competition is again open to ALL abilities. You don’t need to be an expert cyclist, it doesn’t even matter what kind of bike you ride! All we ask is you evidence your miles via Strava (https://www.strava.com/). For those of you that don’t know how to use Strava, please contact [email protected] who will talk you through the easy steps for setting up a free account.
Whilst this is a team competition, the playing field will be level. The winning team will be the team with the highest average mileage, not the fastest speeds. We recommend teams to be as mixed and diverse as possible so that we can all encourage one another.
By completing this challenge, you are helping to raise funds for St Andrew’s Hospice & Andy’s Children’s Unit, where we can continue to help patients and families receive the care they need. While St Andrew’s covers the wider Grimsby area, the children’s unit is available for young people across all areas of Lincolnshire, East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull. Without your kindness, we simply would not exist.
We ask you to raise a minimum sponsorship of £25 per person to take part in this event. All entrants who raise £25 will receive a certificate. Individuals who raise over £200 we will also receive a medal!
By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of this event.
