To ensure the highest quality care is maintained whilst supporting the Lead Nurse and Head of Adult Inpatients you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Using your own initiative to solve problems and implement solutions you will possess the skills to co-ordinate Hospice resources in an effective manner.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will supervise the adult nursing team, ensuring efficient management of the unit during your period of duty, and support the 24 hours service provision including participating with the on-call rota.

With extensive post registrations experience you will display a high level of clinical and technical palliative care experience and act as a key member of the clinical inter-disciplinary team, contributing to the development of patient services within the organisation.

You will be a qualified Registered Nurse on the NMC register, educated to degree level with a passion to deliver high quality palliative care.
