As one of the local leading providers of palliative and end of life care, St Andrew’s Hospice is a highly successful and forward-thinking charity with a turnover of c£5m, offering both adult and children’s services. With an excellent reputation both in the local community and beyond, we reach over 800 patients and their families in North East Lincolnshire and our wider catchment area of Lincolnshire, Hull and East Yorkshire for our children’s services.

As Head Chef, you will work alongside the catering & Hospitality Manager and a team of Cooks to provide freshly cooked meals daily for our patients, their families and our team from an ever-evolving menu, where no two days are the same, in which you will have an impact in creating.  We also host fundraising and hospitality events in order to raise the profile of the Hospice which may require catering support.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef who enjoys cooking with fresh food and seasonal produce to a high standard as well as a knowledge of dietary and nutritional requirements and a good understanding of current legislation on allergens, hygiene and best practices.
