As one of the local leading providers of palliative and end of life care, St Andrew’s Hospice is a highly successful and forward-thinking charity, offering both adult and children’s services. With an excellent reputation both in the local community and beyond, we reach over 800 patients and their families in North East Lincolnshire and our wider catchment area of Lincolnshire, Hull and East Yorkshire for our children’s services.

You would also be joining the Hospice at an incredibly exciting time having just undergone a total refurbishment to the Children Unit, along with the introduction to our new Terms and Conditions and staff benefits launched in April 2022.

As an Operational Manager and member of the Hospice Leadership Team, you would be joining the Childrens service at a pivotal point in its transformational journey being able to shape the development of the inpatient, Hospice at Home and Wellbeing Services, ensuring the highest possible standards of care for the children and their families.

We are therefore looking for a dynamic and talented individual who shares our passion to improve the lives of children and their families requiring palliative and end of life care. You must possess strong leadership stills and ideally have experience in a hospice setting, although this is not essential.

You will be a qualified Registered Nurse on the NMC register, educated to degree level.

It is an incredibly exciting time to be joining us as we have recently completed an extensive refurbishment of the Childrens Unit, along with our new Term and Conditions and staff benefits launched on the 1st April 2022.
