An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking person who wishes to work within a multi-professional team committed to delivering a high standard of care to both patients and their families/carers to join the Wellbeing Services team.
This person will be a key member of the Wellbeing and multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the efficient running and development of the Wellbeing service. You will provide expert skilled assistance that reflects the aims and philosophy of the Hospice, working alongside key partners in delivering of services.
You will be a qualified Registered Nurse, with current NMC registration and be able to evidence relevant post-registration learning.
