37.5hrs per week (Maternity Cover)

 (fixed term for a period of up to 10 months)

 Supporting the Head of Retail, you will be a key member of the operational retail function, ensuring that the Retail Area Manager and Shop Managers’ are fully supported throughout the Hospice Outlets across North East Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire and East Riding.   

 With strong leadership skills you will be responsible for maximising sales and profit by effectively managing the retail teams, resources and budgets, whilst maintaining excellent working relationships with the local community.

 Previous experience in multi-site retail management and a good understanding of charity retailing would be advantageous, with the ability to demonstrate a dedicated approach to the highest standards of customer service and team working.  

 As this role requires regular visits to each of the Hospice’s retail outlets throughout

the region; a full driving licence and flexibility are essential.
