It's Dying Matters Awareness Week until May 14, and we are highlighting the national campaign on our website this week.
Dying Matters was set up by the National Council for Palliative Care, the umbrella charity for all those involved in such care.
The aim is to raise public awareness about the importance of talking more openly about dying, death and bereavement, and of making your wishes known.
Research for last year's awareness week found that 64% of people feel comfortable discussing death with family and friends, compared to:
