This incredible lady turned 80 on the Saturday and jumped out of a plane on the Sunday to raise vital funds for St Andrew's Hospice!

A huge thank you and massive well done to Gillian Douglas who has jumped out of a plane at 15,000 feet in aid of St Andrew's Hospice!

Gillian, along with several others, took the leap after receiving the tandem skydive as a gift for her 80th birthday! This incredible lady turned 80 on the Saturday and jumped out of a plane on the Sunday to raise vital funds for St Andrew's Hospice!

Gillian said: "It was brilliant! It all came about because my granddaughter has been on all sorts of adventures and I thought I should to do something too!

All of the family were there and I was the last to jump of all the people on the plane! It was a once in a lifetime experience, but I would do it all again!"

The hospice is important to Gillian after experiencing the loss of loved ones within St Andrew's Hospice, like so many others!

If you'd like to take on the challenge of a skydive for St Andrew's Hospice, please get in touch! You can also gift a skydive to someone, just like Gillian! We have dates available for Skydives in July and September, but if these do not suit, other dates can be arranged!
