Find out more about the nationwide campaign...

Each year in May, Dying Matters Awareness Week takes place to highlight importance of talking about dying, death and bereavement.

It's a nationwide campaign organised by the National Council for Palliative Care and St Andrew's Hospice is proud to be involved each time.

This year, we ask: What Can You Do?

The week is aiming to get people more active in planning for dying and death and helping support those who may need it in times of grief and bereavement, be they friends, family or in the wider community.

Because dying does matter, and this is a chance to think about having difficult conversations and to plan for end-of-life wishes.
