Local newsagent is shedding the stones for St Andrew’s
Neil Hirst, who works at Today’s Newsagents in New Waltham has set himself a huge challenge to see in the New Year: for the next four weeks he will be on a strict diet, aiming to raise vital funds in aid of St Andrew’s Hospice.

St Andrew’s Hospice Recognized For High Standards Of Horticultural Excellence
On the 17th October 2019, our premises manager Rob Baty attended the Grimsby In Bloom awards. This was a night to support our local voluntary community gardening campaigns, which involved some of the St Andrew’s Hospice volunteers.

Tigger-tastic Fun at Ultimate Packaging Bounce-athon

A Hospice History
The idea of establishing a hospice in the Grimsby area first canvassed in 1978. Rev. Julian Dunn, Rev. Michael Thorpe and Dr Harry Buckland arranged a series of gathering which culminated in a meeting of 70 people on 19th July 1979.
